Responsibilities

• Assist in running all front of house fitness studio operations.
• Meet and exceed key performance sales indicators for memberships, renewals, and retail sales.
• Proactively identify new leads and conduct outreach to book free introductory sessions.
• Convert prospects to new members by providing a best-in-class studio experience.
• Conduct follow-up calls and customer care inquiries.
• Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically.
• Engage with members to recognize milestones and drive retention.
• Follow the daily studio cleaning checklist and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Participate in 1-2 OTF workouts per week.
• Respond immediately to member requests and concerns.
