About the position
As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, you will manage the studio and assist clients in achieving their health goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretching. Your role will focus on driving membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of Sales Associates to meet sales targets while ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and addressing member concerns.
- Lead and coach Sales Associates, holding them accountable for daily operations and monthly goals.
- Drive member retention through great customer service and consistent follow-ups.
- Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the General Manager with key sales metrics.
- Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals and encouraging add-on sessions.
Requirements
- Entry-level sales experience (under 1 year).
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to connect with guests and convert them to members after their first session.
- Driven and competitive mindset, holding staff accountable to exceed sales goals.
