About the position

The Fitness Sales Associate at HOTWORX is responsible for driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service in a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. This role combines sales expertise with a passion for fitness, aiming to help members achieve their health and wellness goals through innovative workout programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales and onboarding new members.
• Provide superior customer service to retain long-term members.
• Promote the HOTWORX brand and services through community outreach, including phone, text, email, and local events.
• Motivate and lead the membership sales team, achieving personal sales goals and coaching staff to meet their targets.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is required.
