About the position

The Fitness Sales Associate at RockBox Fitness Colorado Springs is a part-time role focused on engaging with clients and managing leads to drive membership sales. The position requires a friendly and energetic individual who is motivated to help others achieve their fitness goals while also being involved in the sales process. Strong communication and closing skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Execute a minimum of 50-75 lead management activities per day (calls, texts, emails).
• Make 50+ calls daily to engage with prospects.
• Engage with new prospects to learn their fitness goals.
• Present membership options to prospective members after classes.
• Sell apparel and supplements to clients.
• Greet members and prospective members by name.
• Create content for social media to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist during and between classes as needed, including resetting and cleaning equipment.
• Demonstrate exercises and guide members to the next station.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Strong closing skills and motivation to grow and learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
