This position is perfect for individuals looking to work part-time, with a general schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays, totaling 8-12 hours per week. For those interested in additional hours, there is an opportunity to work at our Basehor club as well, potentially increasing total hours to 15-25 per week. Responsibilities

• Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by the leadership team.
• Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
• Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility's equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is a plus
