About the position

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic part-time sales lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, and a fun, upbeat attitude. This position is perfect for individuals looking to work in a dynamic environment where they can help others achieve their fitness goals. The general schedule for this role will primarily consist of evenings and Saturdays, totaling approximately 8-12 hours per week. For those interested in additional hours, there is an opportunity to work at our Basehor club, allowing for a total of 15-25 hours per week. This role not only offers a chance to engage with members but also provides a platform to develop sales skills in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by the leadership team.
• Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
• Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility's equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
• Desire for longevity
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor
• Must be very coachable
