Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals

  • Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals
  • Assisting in interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff
  • Managing staff schedules and processing payroll
  • Reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to the owner daily
  • Utilizing social media and marketing to engage members and grow brand awareness
  • Using online platforms for customer relations management and sales processes
  • Completing all required trainings to ensure success in the role

Requirements

  • Experience in sales management (preferred)
  • Ability to commute to Philadelphia, PA 19115 (required)
