About the position

The General Sales Manager at HOTWORX Gretna is responsible for the overall success of the fitness studio through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, and superior customer service. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding membership sales goals while maintaining the integrity of the HOTWORX brand. The manager will lead a team, engage in community outreach, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
  • Engage in community outreach, promotions, and events to grow the member base.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining relationships with members and guests.
  • Manage and maintain the facility, equipment, and sales staff.
  • Motivate and lead the membership sales team to achieve personal sales goals.
  • Hire and train a passionate team focused on customer service.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
  • Ability to use social media for advertising and promoting the brand.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the fitness industry.
  • Knowledge of sales psychology and strategies.
