The manager will also engage with the community through marketing efforts and ensure the studio runs smoothly while providing superior service to all members.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Provide superior service to members by creating a positive and motivating environment.
• Coach and train sales staff while achieving personal sales goals.
• Interview, hire, and fire staff as necessary.
• Manage staff schedules and studio maintenance.
• Utilize social media and marketing to engage members and grow brand awareness.
• Use online platforms for customer relations management and sales processes.
• Complete all required trainings to ensure success.

Requirements

• 2 years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience with merchandising and sales strategies.
