About the position

The Fitness Studio Sales Manager at HOTWORX is responsible for driving membership sales and providing exceptional service to members in a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. This role combines leadership, sales management, and community engagement to create a motivating environment for both staff and members. The Sales Manager will lead by example, coaching the sales team while achieving personal sales goals and ensuring the studio operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
• Providing superior service to members by creating a positive and motivating environment
• Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals
• Interviewing, hiring, and firing of staff as necessary
• Managing staff schedules and studio maintenance needs
• Utilizing social media and marketing to engage members and grow brand awareness
• Using online platforms for customer relations management and sales processes
• Completing all required trainings to ensure success in the role

Requirements

• Experience in sales management
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work a 40-hour week
• Strong communication and leadership skills
