About the position
Iron BodyFit is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Trainer, Brand Ambassador, and Membership Sales Specialist. This role focuses on providing coaching and training on our unique EMS fitness routines, driving membership growth, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and wellness, excellent social skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and training to clients on EMS fitness routines and our brand's distinct concept.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, guiding them through our brand's concept and offerings.
- Drive sales and membership growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Utilize persuasive communication to encourage membership sign-up/renewals and upselling of services.
- Deliver effective sales presentations over the phone or in-person.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador leveraging personal social media and network to drive membership growth.
Requirements
