Fitness Trainer - Sales & Training in Upland, CA

About the position

We are seeking enthusiastic trainers with outgoing and energetic personalities to carry out our mission statement. At 9Round, we are on a mission to make members stronger in 30 minutes, both physically and mentally. If you think you have what it takes to be a 9Round trainer and part of the fastest growing fitness franchise in the nation, then this position is for you. No kickboxing experience is needed as full training will be provided. Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful, with some work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train members by explaining and demonstrating exercises during workouts.
• Sell memberships by converting first-time workouts into members of 9Round Nation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the gym by following a scheduled cleaning program.

Requirements

• High energy and enthusiasm for training.
• Proficient at sales and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and maintain professionalism.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with marketing campaigns is a plus.
