The Fitter/Breast Care Specialist at Jay Ann Shop is a full-time role focused on helping women find their perfect fit in post-mastectomy products. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to client interactions. The specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting a diverse clientele while maintaining accurate records and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and fitting clients with care and professionalism.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records and forms.
• Organizing and maintaining the mastectomy inventory.
• Inputting information and documentation into the electronic billing system.
• Contacting clients via phone to remind them of appointments and process sales orders.
• Attending events to help educate patients in need.
• Marketing and building relationships with referring physicians, support groups, and nurses.
• Completing all other retail duties that are assigned.
