About the position

The Fixed Ops Manager at Hanania Automotive Group plays a vital role in customer relations and service management. This position is responsible for overseeing the repair process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. The manager will lead a team of technicians and service advisors, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and hire technicians and service advisors.
• Train service advisors and other support staff.
• Supervise and direct employees.
• Ensure every customer is treated with hospitality and respect.
• Present repair solutions to customers clearly and understandably.
• Effectively manage the workflow of the store.
• Sell services honestly while maintaining integrity.
• Foster a positive attitude and promote a team atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally to establish long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare monthly and annual business goals.
• Represent the organization with honesty and integrity.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
• Ensure all work is performed according to specifications.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Experience in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors.
• Training experience for service advisors and other support staff.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency in managing data and trends using industry-specific software (ADP).
• Ability to document, implement, and manage processes related to reception, shop flow, active delivery, warranty processing, CSI maximization, retention, and shop safety.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).
