About the position

The Fixed Ops Marketing Manager at Lazydays RV is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through integrated marketing campaigns focused on the RV service and collision/repair sectors. This role requires a dynamic marketer with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, aimed at maximizing the potential of the service departments and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid digital campaigns across channels like PPC, display advertising, and paid social to drive new customer demand for RV Service and Collision/Repair.
  • Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and deliver measurable growth in service appointments and repair work.
  • Enhance local SEO strategy to ensure service departments are visible in search results for relevant RV service queries.
  • Manage and optimize online listings across Google My Business, Yelp, and other directories to boost visibility and customer engagement.
  • Lead retention marketing efforts by developing a comprehensive program that combines omni-channel outreach, direct marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Create and implement personalized campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and social media to engage existing customers.
  • Design targeted offers, promotions, and reminders tailored to customer segments to drive return business.
  • Build a customer retention program focused on key lifecycle moments to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Dealership General Managers, Service Managers, and corporate Fixed Ops teams to align marketing strategies with dealership goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to dealership management, providing insights and recommendations to drive new business and customer retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or RV industry.
  • Proven experience in leading marketing strategies that span both traditional and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted, data-driven campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across departments.
