You'll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC's strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with a team of multi-disciplined problem solvers, gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, apply strategic thinking in driving the vision and prioritization of features, and work with engineering teams to deliver winning products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC.
  • Develop and enhance both client and internal facing applications within PwC.
  • Provide technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm.
  • Support the development of internal information technology systems and applications for all staff levels.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Apply strategic thinking in driving the vision and prioritization of features.
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver winning products.
  • Engage with customers to understand challenges and define product requirements.
  • Establish, iterate, and execute on the product vision and product roadmap based on stakeholder and customer feedback.
  • Evangelize the product vision, design principles, and industry leading practices to stakeholders and product delivery teams.
  • Translate product roadmaps into well-defined product requirements that are concise, measurable, and flexible enough to meet customer needs.
  • Define epics and features aligned to the product's vision to be decomposed by product owners and product delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap prioritization and apply critical thinking on potential conflicting priorities.
  • Maintain alignment with product development teams to handle customer inquiries and requests effectively.
  • Validate delivered features meet customer needs and business requirements.
  • Coach small multidisciplinary product teams and collaborate with designers, business users, and developers to innovate and drive product development.
  • Conduct market research to understand evolving trends and opportunities to automate, simplify, and enhance the existing platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems.
  • 6+ years of technical product management experience, including creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in cloud infrastructure related areas to drive product vision and facilitate design discussions with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their services, related enabling technologies such as containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and APIs, and microservices architecture.
