This role is pivotal in delivering a best-in-class customer experience, driving market share, and ensuring long-term retention of our membership. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for helping others navigate their healthcare options. As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with prospects and existing customers, providing consultative sales and service experiences. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, presenting suitable products, and ensuring that new customers are well-informed about our services. You will also be responsible for cross-selling multiple product sets, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and loyalty. In addition to sales operations, you will play a crucial role in community engagement and business development. This includes executing a personal business development plan, conducting grassroots marketing, and building relationships with local organizations to increase awareness of our services. You will also support center operations by ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers and participating in special events and projects. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable to change and possess a strong understanding of our products and services. You will be expected to meet production targets and customer satisfaction scores consistently, contributing to the overall success of the Retail Centers.
