Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and expert product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
- Drive sales objectives and build brand awareness through marketing and social media.
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers, associates, and corporate partners.
- Support company initiatives while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Prioritize tasks with attention to detail and a customer-first focus.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure loss prevention awareness to protect the store from shortages.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or service-related industry.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with others.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and train team members.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong personal leadership skills and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to handle problem situations professionally.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
