About The Position

The Flagship Store Manager at FedEx Office is responsible for overseeing the operations of one of the company's largest retail locations. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum High School or GED required.
• 4+ years of related experience in retail, service, hospitality, or military.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Run and grow the business while maintaining Purple Promise service and operational excellence.
• Build and inspire high-performing teams using FedEx Office tools and resources.
• Coach and teach team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to support company goals.
• Work with large accounts and complex customer needs, serving as a consultative partner.
• Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members.
• Take ownership of store controls including financials, safety, security, and compliance with laws.
• Improve operational and sales activities to exceed financial and customer experience targets.
• Practice independent judgment and effective decision-making in daily job duties.
• Prioritize and accomplish multiple leadership tasks within established timeframes.
• Share ideas and use Quality Improvement tools to enhance business operations.
