SIXT is seeking a Fleet Receivables and Title Specialist to support the Fleet Receivables Supervisor in managing fleet sales-related transactions. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, as well as acting as a liaison between the US and German teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside exceptional time management skills that include prioritizing, planning, and organizing tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Dependability and a cooperative attitude are also key attributes for success in this position. The responsibilities of the Fleet Receivables and Title Specialist include ensuring proper and timely invoicing of all fleet sales, auditing in-service and out-of-service dates, and managing reconditioning costs. The specialist will be responsible for posting and recording all daily incoming vehicle payments, reconciling and reporting incentive payments, and maintaining records for both US and German parties. Monitoring Fleet Receivable accounts and following up with fleet sale customers is a critical aspect of the role, as is collaborating closely with the accounting team in Germany to manage transactions and issue reimbursements. The specialist will also support the supervisor with monthly audits of reconditioning costs, ensure titles are released according to established triggers, and negotiate with the remarketing team as necessary. Additionally, reviewing check requests and processing checks will be part of the daily responsibilities. Candidates should possess an associate degree in Business or Accounting, with strong analytical and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of MS Office are required. The ability to work independently and resolve problems with limited supervision is essential. Furthermore, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Spanish, or German is considered a plus. The position may require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may involve air travel, and candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule.
