The specialist will play a crucial role in monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, approving repair quotes, and ensuring that operations utilize all company-contracted providers effectively. In addition to fleet management, the specialist will be responsible for managing technology programs such as GPS and Mobileye, proactively inspecting the fleet, and making recommendations for improvements as necessary. Fleet reporting and maintaining data integrity are also key components of this role. Building strong working relationships with operations is essential, as the specialist will help coordinate building maintenance programs and inspect facilities for compliance with safety and security protocols. The role may also involve performing other duties as assigned, making adaptability and a proactive approach vital for success in this position.
