About the position

The Fleet Lease Outside Coordinator at EBlock Corp. plays a crucial role in the operations team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and providing efficient administrative support. This position involves direct customer interaction, coordination with internal departments, and meticulous attention to detail, making it ideal for proactive and service-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain a composed and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure customer queries receive efficient and courteous attention.
  • Collaborate with the Mechanic Shop Coordinator to manage vehicle work orders.
  • Aid in the timely and accurate updating of condition reports post-repairs.
  • Prepare and refine sale-day announcements, managing updates for vehicle statuses.
  • Address and help resolve customer complaints, escalating serious issues as needed.
  • Assist in organizing fleet lease lanes for auction sales.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Fleet Lease Supervisor.
  • Coordinate supply and form orders with the Office Supervisor.
  • Act as a representative for absentee seller customers on Sale Day.
  • Contribute to record-keeping for sales promotions, advertising, and telemarketing.
  • Propose improvements in customer services and procedures to the Fleet Lease Supervisor.
  • Oversee Fleet Lease Accounts, ensuring compliance with sale plans and company policies.
  • Monitor adherence to customer contracts and supplier agreements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service-focused role.
  • Prior clerical experience is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in an auction environment preferred.
  • High proficiency in typing, communication, and email correspondence.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is advantageous.
