The Fleet Operations Analyst position is a critical role that supports the client's fleet operations team in Washington, DC. The analyst will be responsible for tracking the production of vehicles from the client's vendors, maintaining production-related metrics, and generating reports to highlight discrepancies and performance metrics. The role involves a combination of data analysis, reporting, and communication with various stakeholders, including hosting client-facing meetings and preparing leadership briefs. In this role, the analyst will gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights that drive process improvements within the fleet operations. The expected deliverables include comprehensive data analysis, production reports, and recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency. The analyst will also be involved in business writing and the development of presentation materials, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 years of work experience, including related internships.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience conducting research and data analysis.
  • Experience managing ad-hoc reporting requests.
