Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the Mainspring Energy LGen fleet, including remote operation and troubleshooting.
• Lead incident resolution and improve fleet performance through advanced data analysis.
• Deliver regular analytics to Service, Engineering, and Sales Teams on fleet availability and performance.
• Provide high-quality data reports to customers and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with Operations & Maintenance to schedule and execute service activities.
• Identify and train new team members for the growing business unit.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex troubleshooting problems under high pressure.
• Experience in systems engineering, particularly in electro-mechanical or energy systems.
• Proficiency in data engineering or analytics, including time-series data and cloud tools.
• Experience in developing automated software tools, preferably using Python.
• Ability to build and maintain disciplined operations and training processes.

• Experience with industry-standard data analytics tools or custom tools.
