About the position

The Fleet Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization's fleet vehicle management program, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with regulations. This role involves collaboration with external partners, overseeing procurement, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate vehicle data.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative activities related to fleet vehicle management.
  • Oversee procurement and supplier management for fleet vehicles.
  • Collaborate with external fleet management partners and oversee fleet vehicle contracts.
  • Manage fleet data and vehicle inventory through various supplier portals.
  • Monitor and manage the fleet budget, analyzing costs related to fuel, maintenance, repairs, and other operational expenses.
  • Conduct annual vehicle forecasting and purchasing.
  • Enforce and coordinate regular vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure fleet safety and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly billing allocation files for invoice processing.
  • Work within the internal lease management system for existing and new vehicles.
  • Resolve daily inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to audits, surveys, or other informational requests from internal and external sources.
