The position requires a proactive approach to managing the fleet, including performing detailed pre and post in-service inspections of vehicles, coordinating with third-party vendors for mechanical and body repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles are properly refueled upon return. In addition to these responsibilities, the Fleet Operations Coordinator will be tasked with scheduling and maintaining records of all activities related to the fleet, whether performed by vendors or managed by third-party services. The role also involves collaboration with buyers and customers to improve fleet management programs and create greater efficiencies. Responsibilities

  • Manage a fleet of variable units effectively.
  • Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet.
  • Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
  • Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
  • Ensure the refueling of returned units is completed.
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel.
  • Advise on activities to maintain the health of the fleet.
  • Schedule and perform record keeping of all activities completed.
  • Collaborate with buyers and customers to improve fleet programs.

Requirements
