Responsibilities

• Accurately document client contact and provide timely feedback.
• Manage multiple priorities related to transportation compliance documents and filings.
• Support existing clients by handling duties related to driver qualification documents, drug and alcohol testing results, and USDOT registrations.
• Represent clients in FMCSA and State Compliance Reviews.
• Review, organize, and audit documents in an electronic virtual environment.
• Set up support services processes for new clients and train them on TCS procedures.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher in business or regulatory compliance related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience with FMCSA regulatory compliance or Human Resources functions.
• Experience working electronically with email, phone, and virtual databases.
• Auditing or clerical experience in working with trucking companies.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and stress management skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft Office software suite.
