About the position

The Fleet Services Manager/Outside Sales Representative is a full-time role focused on generating new fleet business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and leads within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
  • Engage in lead generation activities, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with company executives to ensure seamless communication and support for client accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with territory management practices to optimize coverage and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Automotive repair experience of at least 1 year.
  • Sales experience of at least 1 year.
