Hybrid (Combination of work from home and in-assigned office location) Responsibilities: About the role: You as the Fleet Services Operations Analyst under general supervision, will formulate and define business system requirements through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, you will develop or modify procedures to solve information systems software applications problems of low complexity. This includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and configuration and testing of system logic. In this role you will: Gather customer business requirements, functional specifications, and documentation to provide innovative business solutions and recommend system, product, and process enhancements. Assist with business software implementation and administration set-up and configuration. Conduct Quality Assurance and system testing, assist with systems implementations and the evaluation of the results. Work closely with and communicate with management, business and IT partners on business systems, project status and facilitating project completion. Interface with software vendors and suppliers in support of business application software packages. Design and create production and ad hoc reports.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Knowledge of systems analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of information systems and operations systems for supported business groups.
  • Knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions.
  • Strong in the use of Microsoft Office software including strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposes.
  • Working knowledge of reporting systems and query languages to include SQL and/or SAS.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of directly related experience in a vehicle lending environment, preferably in commercial/fleet vehicle lending; Project Management or Operations Support experience preferred.
