About the position

The Auto Parts Coordinator at Caliber Fleet Solutions is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations while ensuring accuracy and timely arrival of parts in accordance with OEM standards. This role is crucial in supporting Body Technicians and maintaining operational efficiency within the service center.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify parts upon arrival.
• Distribute parts to workstations as needed.
• Confirm accuracy of parts with Body Technicians.
• Follow guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment for parts management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background, criminal, and MVR checks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a production shop environment.
