About the position

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Fleet Technician B/ Refrigeration Technician at our Martin Brower facility in Orlando. Thermo King experience is preferred. The position is full-time, with a shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed.
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect brake systems to ensure that machines are in proper operating condition and make sure that equipment has required licensing and registration.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
• Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds.
• Must have a valid Driver's License to operate applicable company vehicles.
• Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement).
