About the position
The Flex Security Officer position at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. involves providing security for various short-term assignments while supporting staffing needs at client accounts. This role is ideal for individuals looking to serve their community and gain specialized knowledge in security operations. Flex Officers will be evaluated for leadership potential and will receive advanced training in safety and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, accountable, and punctual.
Nice-to-haves
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
- Customer service background needed.
