About the position
The Flex Security Officer position at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. involves providing operational support and security for various short-term assignments. Flex Officers will gain specialized knowledge of high-profile posts and will be evaluated for leadership and growth potential within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
- Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
- Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
- Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma OR GED.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Self-starter.
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.
- Customer service background needed.
Nice-to-haves
- Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
