About The Position
The FLEX Senior Project Manager at Marriott will lead the Program Management of Tech Debt Initiatives, overseeing over 30 initiatives across Global Technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring cross-functional alignment with Global Technology's strategies and objectives, managing program health, progression, and financials. The Senior Project Manager will serve as a central point of contact for initiative commitments, facilitate transparency and coordination, and monitor performance against strategic objectives.
