About the position

The Flex Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in the vehicle rental industry. This role involves consulting with customers, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring vehicles are ready for customer pick-up. The position requires a proactive approach to customer interactions and includes various physical tasks related to vehicle maintenance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their rental needs.
• Maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services.
• Overcome customer objections to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including cleaning and assessing damage.
• Fuel and refill all fluids in vehicles.
• Shuttle customers as needed.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability.
• Initiative in customer service and sales support.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
