About the position

The Flexible Customer Service Associate is responsible for consulting with customers regarding their rental needs, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively promoting products and services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role includes shuttling customers and preparing vehicles for pick-up, which involves cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers on their rental needs.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services.
  • Overcome customer objections to ensure satisfaction.
  • Shuttle customers as needed.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning and assessing damage.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Capability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines.
