Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe and survey the area, providing reports on activity at the assigned location.
• Respond rapidly in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• State security license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with access control systems, visitor management software, and CCTV monitoring.
• Basic computer skills for logging incidents and managing records.
