About The Position
Join the UNFI Urbana Team in a FLEX schedule warehouse position that allows you to pick and choose the days you can work. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with no overtime requirements, making it ideal for those looking to earn extra money when it's convenient for them. Starting pay is $22.75 per hour, with the potential to increase to $26.85 per hour upon hitting 100% productivity. Additional premiums are available for weekend shifts, freezer work, and second shifts. Employees can select their schedules based on open shifts, with available days including Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The position also includes benefits such as weekly paychecks with the option to withdraw early, a wellness program, remodeled breakrooms, an on-site gym, discounted childcare services, and a 401k plan.
