About the position

The Flight Attendant at Hendrick Motorsports is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing cabin safety equipment, coordinating catering, and providing exemplary service to enhance the in-flight experience.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Hendrick Motorsports in a safe, compliant, responsible, competent, professional and conservative manner that fosters respect of the company, its principals, employees and sponsors.
  • Maintain a personal appearance that reflects positively upon both individual and the company.
  • Comply with established policies, procedures, guidelines, practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain all manuals to the current revision.
  • Comply with instructions of the Pilot-In-Command and seek assistance when appropriate.
  • Manage passenger manifest accountability.
  • Bring suspected security risks to the attention of the pilot-in-command or airport authority.
  • Manage passenger enplaning and deplaning.
  • Maintain proficiency in the operation and management of cabin safety equipment.
  • Operate cabin equipment in accordance with published procedures and limitations.
  • Provide exemplary cabin passenger service.
  • Manage provision of catering when appropriate.
  • Maintain provision of aircraft commissary and service supplies.
  • Bring all operational concerns to the attention of the pilot-in-command.
  • Communicate and achieve passenger compliance with crew instructions.
  • Direct passengers to safety in the event of cabin evacuation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 plus years of experience as a flight attendant.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret service and emergency instructions and communicate effectively with passengers and crew members.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
