About The Position
Endeavor Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Flight Attendants to join our team. As a Flight Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers during their travel experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service on our aircraft, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. This position requires a commitment to safety, adherence to established standards, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages, as well as assisting customers with their luggage and providing support to those needing special assistance. The role also involves making public address announcements, performing safety demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. In addition to customer service, you will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform guidelines at all times. The work environment is dynamic and may require you to adapt to changing conditions, including scheduling changes. You will be required to work in confined spaces and manage allergies effectively, as the role involves exposure to various allergens. The position requires flexibility, as you will need to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and you must be able to report to your assigned base within two hours. Endeavor Air offers a comprehensive training program, including training pay, accommodations, and a full uniform package. Successful candidates will undergo four weeks of initial training, which includes both remote and in-person learning.
