About the position

Global Crossing Airlines is seeking experienced Flight Attendants to enhance the customer service experience on board their flights. The role involves ensuring passenger safety, providing excellent service, and maintaining the airline's standards of professionalism and integrity. Flight Attendants will undergo initial training and are expected to adapt to various duties while working under pressure, all while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete 4 weeks of initial new hire training.
• Fulfills directives from the lead flight attendant.
• Serve all customers in a professional and efficient manner.
• Represent Global Airlines brand with integrity and professionalism.
• Attend preflight briefings and conduct preflight checks including emergency equipment and aircraft supplies.
• Prepare the aircraft for passengers, greet passengers, verify boarding passes and seat assignments.
• Assist with carry-on baggage stowage and security, as well as prepare and serve meals and beverages.
• Explain and demonstrate the use of safety equipment and procedures, enforcing all safety regulations as appropriate.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times while on duty.
• Perform other duties related to safety and compliance not in description.

Requirements

• US Citizen or able to obtain necessary visas and permits to fly internationally.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience.
• Successfully complete required Inflight Training Program, including Initial Training and Annual Recurrent Training.
• Excellent communication skills in English (speak, read, write, and comprehend).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must meet height requirements for aircraft cabin.
• Able to work varying schedules including reserve duty, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings.
• Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check.
• Must meet all FAA regulatory requirements for jump seat.
