About the position

Endeavor Air is seeking passionate and service-oriented Flight Attendants to provide a safe and memorable on-board experience for customers. This role involves ensuring customer safety and comfort while delivering exceptional service during flights. Flight Attendants will undergo comprehensive training and are expected to maintain a professional demeanor while adapting to the dynamic environment of air travel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing the best service on aircraft.
  • Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure at all times.
  • Perform work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including FAA regulations.
  • Respond effectively during emergency situations and provide emergency medical assistance when necessary.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, and process payments for purchased items.
  • Assist customers with luggage and provide special assistance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, including making public address announcements and safety demonstrations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety guidance for the aircraft and customers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
  • Manage time effectively to complete work assignments and ensure punctuality.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to report to work at assigned base within two hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, write, understand).
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess and maintain a valid passport and travel documents.
  • Meet established standards, policies, laws, and FAA regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and at least one year of customer service experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with mobile handheld devices.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of personal decorum and professional appearance.
  • Willingness to serve alcoholic beverages and meals containing beef, pork, and seafood.
