About The Position
The Flight Leader role at Rustic Pathways is a seasonal, volunteer position designed for motivated individuals passionate about experiential education and international travel. Flight Leaders are responsible for the safety and well-being of high school students traveling internationally, ensuring a positive travel experience while fostering social connections among students. This role involves chaperoning students on flights to various international destinations, guiding them through immigration and customs, and providing support during their travel experience. Flight Leaders also have the opportunity to explore the destination themselves during their personal time after the students are safely handed off to the program team.
