Additionally, the individual will set revenue and sales goals with senior management, maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, and ensure strong relationships with the existing customer base. The position requires engaging and motivating the sales team, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. A thorough knowledge of Air Traffic Control, Weather, NOTAMS, Flight planning, and aircraft performance is necessary. The individual will manage all functions of the Flight Operations team and represent the Cirrus brand professionally at all times.
