Responsibilities
- Assist Coating Craftsman in blasting and coating duties as per job scope.
- Adhere to all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements for painting.
- Participate in safety pre-job audits (JSA's) with the painting crew.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to accomplish tasks.
- Effectively communicate with Supervisors, Peers, and Subordinates.
- Clean work area by removing debris and materials.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass Hair Follicle Testing.
- Acceptable Background check.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
