About the position

True REST Float Spa is seeking enthusiastic team members to provide exceptional customer service in a floatation therapy environment. The role involves engaging with guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the spa, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential as you represent both the spa and the broader float community.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for float guests.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing shift duties.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Conduct guided tours of the facility.
• Setup and start float pods for guests.
• Check clients in and out, including processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa, including various rooms and facilities.
• Manage laundry duties.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and experiences.
• Promote membership and package options to guests.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Experience in time management.
