Requirements

  • A Dental Degree (e.g., Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in creating dental treatment plans and coordinating oral health care.
  • Adherence to federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality dental care including diagnostic, preventative, restorative and surgical dental care services to patients.
  • Support clinical staff in all areas of patient treatment with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care while educating patients, guardians, and support staff.
  • Maintain patient records according to compliance standards and adhere to established procedures and regulations.
