About The Position

The Float Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant position at Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The assistant will float between three classrooms, working collaboratively with a team of teachers to ensure the well-being and development of children aged birth to two years. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six college credit hours in early childhood education or related field.
• Infant/Toddler Certification or Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification required.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities
