Float MSR - Broadmoor

About the position

LMCU is seeking a Float Member Service Representative (MSR) who will serve as the primary point of contact for retail members, both new and existing. This role involves educating members about LMCU products and services, setting up new accounts and consumer loans, and prioritizing member needs. The Float MSR will also engage in community representation and mentoring of peers, all while providing exceptional service to help members achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail members, providing exceptional service.
• Educate and cross-sell LMCU products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Open and process new accounts, including checking, savings, loans, credit cards, and IRAs with accuracy.
• Build relationships with business partners and refer products to them.
• Counsel members on financial responsibility and credit management.
• Assist in various branch operations, including processing transactions and vault responsibilities.
• Represent LMCU at community events and sponsored activities.
• Mentor peers and coach them to achieve successful referrals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of similar or related experience in customer service or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
