About the position

The Float Spa Consultant at True REST Charlotte is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a wellness-focused environment. This role involves welcoming clients, guiding them through their float therapy sessions, and promoting membership packages. The position also includes maintaining cleanliness and organization within the spa, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by greeting them and making a comforting first impression.
• Guide customers through their first float therapy session and assist existing clients to their float suite.
• Provide information on floating and upsell first-time floaters to long-term memberships.
• Process payments for packages, memberships, and gift cards.
• Maintain full knowledge of spa specials, services, memberships, and packages to effectively communicate with customers.
• Self-clean the rooms and pods between floats and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Proficient in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer requests effectively.
• Attention to detail, especially in cleaning tasks.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
